In connection with the offering and sale of limited partnership units (the "Units") of the North American Opportunities Fund (L.P.) Unless you otherwise advise, by providing us with your personal information you have consented to our collection, use and disclosure of your information as provided herein and as provided in the limited partnership agreement governing the Partnership (the "Limited Partnership Agreement"). We may disclose your personal information to third parties, when necessary, and to our affiliates in connection with the services we provide related to your purchase of Units of the Partnership, including:

(c) taxation and regulatory authorities and agencies.

Each SD Baker & Associates, Inc. employee is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of all personal information they may access. Your personal information is maintained on our networks or on the networks of our service providers accessible at 2025 Sheppard Avenue East, North York. Your information may also be stored on a secure off-site storage facility.
